The casting of the 43-year-old actor as the Nintendo’s beloved plumber Mario has been facing backlash, as the character is Italian and the star now opens up information about it and invites fans to see him first in the film, ridiculing that he could offer something “unlike anything you have heard in Mario world “.
He said, “I’ve worked closely with the directors, I’ve tried a few stuff and come up with something I’m proud of. And I can’t wait for people to see and hear me.” He added, “It’s an animated voiceover narrative. This isn’t a live-action movie. I’m not wearing a plumbing suit.” I gave a voice to the animated character. It has been updated and is unlike anything you’ve ever heard in Mario’s world.
Elsewhere in September, the Jurassic Park actor shared his joy of landing at a performance. And shared an anecdote from his childhood in which he insisted that dreams come true.
