Sandra Bullock was born in Virginia on July 26, 1964, to John W Bullock, a US Army officer who also works as a part-time voice instructor, and Helga Mathilde Meyer, a teacher and opera singer. She held dual citizenship (American – German) until she was 18 years old, as neither of her parents was of American heritage. She just had American citizenship in 2009.
Sandra was raised in Germany and Vienna and spoke German fluently. Her parents are of German descent. She received her education at the Nuremberg Waldorf School, where she participated in dance and children’s opera.
