Robert Pattinson, star of The Batman, has signed an exclusive new development contract with Warner Bros., New Line, and HBO Max as published on deadline.com

Both theatrical films and streaming video on demand via HBO Max will be covered by Warner Bros. Television and HBO Max. Pattinson’s talent has been hailed by Courtenay Valenti, President of Warner Bros. Pictures Production and Development, and Richard Brener, President and Chief Creative Officer of Emerging Line Cinema, for “finding creative new filmmakers” and “nurturing fascinating story concepts into engaging screenplays.

Pattinson’s himself has spoken about it, he has said; “HBO and Warner Bros Pictures have always been associated with innovative filmmaking. I’m ecstatic to be working with them to find the most exciting new voices in cinema and television and to assist them in realizing their dreams.

I’ve enjoyed working with the studio throughout the years and have a great deal of regard for their dedication, willingness to take risks, and ambition to be creatively daring.”

Robert Pattinson, who plays Batman, has signed a new first-look production agreement with Warner Bros., marking the actor’s first entry into producing. Pattinson first rose to prominence as Cedric Diggory in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, before going on to star as vampire Edward Cullen in the Twilight franchise.
