Quan continues to work on his first album while releasing mixtapes and appearing on other musicians’ songs. He appeared as a guest on YG’s song “My Nigga,” which reached number 19 on the Hot 100.

Quan’s sixth mixtape, “If You Ever Think I Will Stop Goin’ in Ask RR (Royal Rich),” was published in 2015 and includes the track “Flex (Ooh, Ooh, Ooh).” The song was nominated for Best Club Banger and People’s Champ Award at the 2015 BET Hip Hop Awards.

Quan sued his previous label, “Think It’s A Game,” for two million dollars in November 2016, saying he had not been paid the royalties he was due. He was counter-sued by the label for breach of contract. The disagreement between Quan and the title was finally handled outside of court.
After being stopped at a checkpoint on Highway One near Louisville, Georgia, Quan, four others were detained on felony narcotics charges. The car was allegedly found to contain heroin, marijuana, guns, and drug paraphernalia, according to the police. Quan was charged with felony narcotics possession with the intent to sell by the police.
