Ranveer Singh and his father Jugjeet Sundersingh Bhavnani’s Oh Five-Oh Media Works LLP have signed an agreement to buy an apartment for Rs 119 crore in Mumbai. According to documents provided by Indextap.com, Oh Five-Oh Media Works LLP registered a contract to purchase the apartment on July 8, 2022. Bandra is very famous for its beautiful high-rises housing many Bollywood celebrities including superstar Shah Rukh Khan.
The property is registered under their Oh Five-Oh Media Works LLP. It is also spread over the 16th, 17th, 18th, and 19th floors of a substructure building called Sagar Resham. HT reported that it is an old building that is being modernized. Ranveer’s apartment had a carpet area of 11,266 sq ft and an exclusive terrace of 1,300 sq ft. Not only that. It also comes with 19 parking slots where Ranveer and his father have already paid stamp duty of Rs 7.13 crore for the transaction. Property details include a carpet area of 11,266 sq ft, excluding a 1,300 sq ft terrace. In addition, owners have access to the building’s 19 parking garages.
If you calculate the per sq ft rate without considering the terrace area. Then it costs ₹ 1.05 lakh per sq ft. According to Hindustan Times, a realtor in Bandra revealed that the Sagar Resham building is now under construction. The old building is now being rebuilt. The lower floors are occupied by the previous residents. The 16th floor is a 4BHK while the remaining three floors 17 to 19 are penthouses.
