Netflix Drops the New Trailer of The Woman in the Window!
The trailer introduces Amy Adams as Dr. Anna who is suffering from agoraphobia, a disorder where one feels fear to leave their house. Dr. Anna spends her days sitting at a window where she keeps her eyes on her neighbours.
One day Anna receives a surprise visit from her neighbour Jane Russell played by Julianne Moore and starts keeping eye on Jane and her husband Alistair played by Gary Oldman.
Anna when watching at her neighbour Jane sees that her husband is beating her and calls the police. Things get terrifying for Anna but when police visit the place and Alistair claims that the woman Anna says Jane doesn’t exist, everything gets horrifying.
After watching the trailer we are left with our mouth wide open and the level of anticipation for the movie to release has reached the sky. All we can say is that the movie surely will hold you on the edges of your seat till the end.
The Woman in the Window is directed by Joe Wright who previously directed movies like ‘The Darkest Hour’, ‘Atonement’ and ‘Pride and Prejudice’. The movie was supposed to hit the big screens last year but couldn’t do so because of the pandemic. Now Netflix has purchased all the rights for the movie and is ready to stream it on May 14.
