A 35-year-old New York man has been charged with trespassing and harassment after authorities say he broke into two New York residences linked to singer-songwriter Taylor Swift.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, police said the suspect entered one of the apartment buildings in the city’s Tribeca neighborhood on March 26.
Investigators said he “stepped through an unlocked door and remained illegally.” Then fled on foot when security guards were ordered to leave him.
According to a spokesperson for the Assistant Public Relations Secretary, the same person entered another residential building connected to Swift since June 12. The suspect was in the same street and “threatened 32 people with an intercom. -A woman to live”.
Swift, 32, has had trouble with stalker allegations before. In 2018, police said a man had invaded Tribeca’s townhouse and taken a nap. A Colorado man was arrested for knives, ropes, and ammunition outside Swift’s Beverly Hills home in same year.
