Career
Lil Bibby started his career in 2013 with the release of his mixtape titled Free Crack which featured guest appearances from newcomers Lil Herb and King L. The mixtape was hosted by DJ Scream and produced by Hit-Boy, Young Chop and The Olympicks. Following the success of Free Crack Bibby was featured on the cover of Vibe magazine.
In 2014 Bibby appeared on the list of XXL Freshman Class. Around the same time he collaborated with rapper Juicy J and made an appearance in the remix of Main Chick, which was performed by Kid Ink. It was followed by the release of his second mixtape Free Crack 2 in August 2014. The mixtape which was hosted by DJ Drama and featured guest appearances from Lil Herb, Wiz Khalifa, Juicy J, Kevin Gates, Jadakiss and Anthony Hamilton, among others. The mixtape, which was released for digital download was a commercial and critical success and was awarded the XL by the XXL magazine.
