Anne Heche in very critical condition right now, said Michael McConnell of the talent management firm that represents her.
Heche was taken to the hospital Friday after his car crashed into a home in the 1700 block of Walgrove Avenue in West Los Angeles, according to reports from ‘NBC4LA’ and ‘CNN.’
On Monday, CNN reported that Anne Heche was being investigated for misdemeanor DUI and hit and run, according to LAPD Officer Annie Hernandez.
53 years old actress remains hospitalized in critical condition, in a coma and on a ventilator Monday, Aug. 8, four days after she was seriously injured in a fire truck crash in Los Angeles.
Heche, is in the hospital shortly after the car she was driving went out of control last friday morning on the Westside in Los Angeles, crashed into a house and caught fire, according to police.
No one inside the home was injured, but the out burst, requiring several firefighters to respond.
Los Angeles Police Department official confirm on Monday that the cause of the crash is under investigation.
Anne was in a coma and had not woken up since shortly after the accident, said Michael McConnell, a member of Los Angeles talent management firm Zero Gravity Management, which represents her.
“She is in very critical condition right now,” her representative told Reuters, adding that Anne has “extensive lung damage that requires mechanical ventilation and burns that require surgery.”
