Ananya Pandey has now spent two years in Bollywood since making her debut in Dharma Productions ‘Student Of The Year 2’. Ananya had already signed a film with Kartik Aaryan and Bhumi Pednekar, which was a remake of ‘Pati, Patni Aur Woh,’ which was released later that year before she was launched by Karan Johar. However, coronavirus brought the world to a halt before the newbie could follow up the two films with more appearances, and she has been waiting for a chance to resume work ever since.
Chunky Panday, on the other hand, is a proud father as his daughter completes two years in an industry in which he also works. In an exclusive interview with ETimes, Chunky says, “Ananya has kept her mind very strong over the last year, and I wish and pray that she continues to enjoy her journey in the world of cinema.”
Although some star kids are still waiting for their first film, Ananya Pandey has already made her mark in Telugu cinema with Puri Jagannadh’s upcoming film, ‘Liger,’ in which she will be romancing Vijay Devarakonda, a young Tollywood sensation. When you ask Chunky if he’s pleased with the way her career is going so far, considering the setbacks, he says, “I am extremely proud of her and her commitment and hard work. Her desire to continually learn and update herself is appealing. I’m grateful for these two wonderful years she’s had, and I hope there will be many more to come.”
